Dale Carnegie Brand Promise
Based on our experience partnering with organizations and our ongoing research (both formally and informally) over the years we have a great understanding of what companies want and need today.
Companies Want and Need to:
- Constantly innovate to compete and survive
- Grow their business through sustainable growth
- Stand out as a brand of choice
- Need to attract and retain the best people
- Need to provide people a career opportunity that aligns with their values and allows them to reach their life dreams
- Plus, much more.
To accomplish their goals, we know that companies approach and tackle this by leveraging some of the following People and Process elements:
- People: Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Building and Enhancing Employee Engagement and Performance.
- Process: Improving their offering to the marketplace and its value proposition to its employees.
Experience and research also tells us that companies want and need their people to step up to lead, even if not in formal leadership roles.
Our Point of View is – “To Compete and Grow – Everyone Must Lead!”
Everyone must…
- Embrace and Lead Change – change is constant, be change agile and flexible
- Be momentum builders instead of killers
- Be culture and brand ambassadors for the organization instead of having a “functional or doer” only mentality
- Have an “innovative” eye on how to make the organization more nimble – have “innovative know how”
- Know how to build, inspire, coach, and motivate people (particularly important for the millennial generation)
- Know how to improve employee engagement and performance
- Sell their organizations and brand
