John delivers customized and interactive training and people strategy solutions to individuals, teams and organizations. He is an experienced Human Resources Leader with 20 years of professional experience across several industries. Most recently John has worked in the Healthcare and Legal Industries and prior to that worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte.

John is a highly regarded coach, facilitator, and People Strategist bringing an authentic energy and passion to the work he does. John designs and delivers results-driven solutions to organizations in the areas of:

Grace Dagres is the Learning & Development Manager and a Business Coach and Trainer for all of the Dale Carnegie programs.  Grace brings with her 20 years of Learning and Development experience and expertise in both the public and private sector for profit and non-profit organizations. In the last 10 years, Grace has worked overseas instructing and coaching in over 8 countries. During that time, she was rated in the top 100 trainers in the world within the Dale Carnegie network. Grace works as a trusted business advisor for organizations who need help clarifying and prioritizing their people strategies that drive their business strategies.  She passionately believes that people have a hidden spark and that we can help them overcome the things that intimidate and hold them back from what they want to become.
